They are a shy fellow who I am almost positive got lost in the tutorial mines. However, they seem to have left a helpful sign saying to use /ranks to see what you can upgrade to. (For a price of course!)

Skyblock has 26 Unique Ranks to go through, and currently no prestiges. That is a good handful of ranks to go through and earn all the benefits! To rank up use /rankup
