Arcane Scrubber

Arcane Scrubbers cleanse your item of Scrolls. To use, open your inventory and pick up the arcane scrubber. While holding the scrubber, click the item you with to remove scrolls from.

These Scrubbers will completely remove the Scroll from your item, so the Sockets become available again but you do lose the benefits (increased levels) as well. As the name might imply, scrubbing will destroy the Scrolls so you won't get them back after removal.
